It’s never too early to get your contractor involved and on-board. If you are looking for a design-build model, Will Pro Construction, Inc. offers a single point-of-contact design and construction team that will lead you through the design, permitting and construction process. The design-build framework allows the project team to simultaneously address design-driven goals, constructability and project budget for maximum effiency in your budget, structural performance of your home, and coordination of trades during the building process. While always keeping in mind our client’s creative vision, we work to identify and incorporate efficiencies of design and construction.
If you already have an architect and designer, we can join your team during the early design process in a design-assist capacity. As construction consultants, we will provide early feedback on design, constructability, budget, and value engineering as well as project phasing and logistics. We have extensive experience and strong working relationships with most local designers, architects, and can work with clients who have already engaged their own design professionals.
And of course if you have already completed the design and permitting process and are looking for a top quality builder, we are available to bid your project. Our goal is to provide our clients with a contract that will ensure no surprise costs during the course of construction or any unfulfilled expectations regarding the work to be preformed.
